Practicing daily self-care and coping strategies as a family is vital to supporting mental health. Four things to do everyday together to support wellbeing are: 1) Exercise, 2) Eat healthy meals, 3) Social support - connect with friends & family, and 4) Stress reduction activities - such as yoga, mindfulness, journaling, or drawing.
We want to support you and your student’s emotional wellbeing and we hope these activities and resources will be of help. Even though we are living in an unprecedented time, we truly believe we can still help our students thrive!
