Culture of Learning

culture of learning

culture of learning

In order to foster a culture of learning, we are grounded in:
  • The tenets of Choice Theory
  • A focus on the importance of relationships, and
  • A commitment to ensure the physical and emotional safety of the community we serve and work in.

We use language in support of the seven caring habits to foster this culture: supporting, encouraging, listening, accepting, trusting, respecting, and negotiating differences.

We have established common expectations to ensure this culture of learning is at the forefront of the classroom and beyond for all groups within the community of practice.  These common expectations and details to support each pillar are noted in the EUSD Creed.
