Network Switch Request for Proposals
The District is seeking proposals for the drop ship purchase of 3 network switches for new classrooms.  We are soliciting written responses with the intent of purchasing these devices and installing them using District personnel.  The RFP can be viewed here.  Please see this addendum to the RFP posted on 11 March.

12 March - Request for Information Deadline
25 March - Proposal Submition Deadline
31 March - Notification of Award
 
 
Questions
Submit clarifying questions via email to tech@evergreenusd.org and be sure to referece "470 #2026-01" in the subject line for any correspondence regarding this RFP.  We will answer those questions with a return email and also post those questions/answers to this page throughout the process.
 

Answered Questions:

1.  Will a 3rd party installer be used in this implementation?
      No.  The District will install and configure all equipment.
2.  Can you provide model numbers?
      Model numbers for the HPE reference equipment are:
      48 port switch -  S0M84A or equivalent
      24 port switch -  S0M82A or equivalent
      SFP module - J4859D or equivalent
3.  Do you need PoE switches?
      Yes.  All switches should have PoE capability.
 
 
The District reserves the right to extend the filing deadline as needed.
